  • PDF copy of the Registration Documents of your organisation. This could be a certificate of incorporation (or other similar document) issued by a government registry, as confirmation of the due incorporation and valid existence of the organisation.
  • PDF copy of the letter that authorises you to request certificates in the name of the organisation, signed by the director or CEO or someone with similar authority within your organisation.
  • PDF copy of a document showing legal confirmation about the owners/shareholders, directors or CEO – that names the person who signed the authorisation letter.
